Join Team Cunard in the Atrium on Monday 29 July as they launch their six month fundraising campaign as part of the 2019 Million Makers Competition to raise money for The Prince’s Trust, Cunard’s charity partner for the past 11 years.
This is the third year Cunard is taking part in the competition to raise a minimum of £10,000 from £1,500 seed funding. The team successfully secured the funding at a Dragon’s Den style pitch day in front of a panel of Senior Leaders from various organisations back in June.
To kick off the competition, join the team in the Atrium at 11:00 on 29 July to hear from a very special Prince’s Trust Young Ambassador on how The Prince’s Trust supports young people and why what they do is so important.
The day will be full of activities for everybody to get involved in, from a raffle to the Cunard shop and the return of the Carnival UK Pet Pawtraits competition.

You have until 2pm on 29 July to send your final entries on the following categories to Million.Makers@cunard.co.uk;
- Cutest Pet – For the pets that make you go awwww.
- Best of Friends – Show us your pets who are pals.
- Funniest Moment – Have you snapped your pet doing something that made you chuckle?
- Weird and Wonderful – For the more peculiar pets.
Entries cost £1 per photo per category – donate to a Million Makers member in the Atrium on Launch Day or to https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/cunardmillionmakers.
In the meantime, you can also get involved in this year’s Million Makers competition by joining the team as a permanent member or assisting with this, and other events up until December. This is an amazing opportunity to develop new skills, meet new colleagues and support a brilliant charity.
