Here at Carnival UK we’re passionate about happiness so it should come as no surprise that there’s a Wellbeing team in Carnival House dedicated to supporting colleagues ship and shore.

Meet the team

Passionate about people, Helen Knight, Daniel Yeates and Raphael Cray are the trio responsible for Carnival UK’s wellbeing programme for both ship and shore.

Helen Knight, Senior Manager, Wellbeing
Helen has lots of experience in designing wellbeing programmes for various large companies. “I’m passionate about creating great places to work, where people feel supported and cared for. We’ll be promoting the benefits of making healthier lifestyle choices to our ships’ company to help create that ‘feel good feeling’ while working and living on board.”

Dan Yeates, Manager, Wellbeing
Dan’s focused on making sure that life on board feels like a home from home. He’s worked in Maritime and Hotel Services which has given him a real insight into what it means to work at sea and the challenges that our ships’ company face. “I’m keen to ensure that every member of our ship’s company, present and  future, has the facilities, choice and support to allow them to take care of their physical and mental wellbeing.”

Raphael Cray, Manager, Wellbeing
Raphael joined the team in April 2019 and comes with a wealth of experience from a fitness and personal training background. Raphael also has an in depth understanding of life at sea having spent many days on board working for our spa partners, Steiner. “I’m really looking forward to working with you all and  promoting wellbeing for both ship and shore.”
