Our Mid-Year Conversation window is now open and available to complete on myHRportal.
Your manager should be scheduling a meeting in with you between now and Friday 31 May 2019.
While you should be continuously reviewing your development and performance goals, the mid-year conversation is a great opportunity to:
- reflect on what you’ve achieved so far this year and recognise your achievements.
- consider your personal development needs.
- consider what your key focus should be for the next quarter.

In the meantime, here are a few top tips:
Work together with your manager to set goals for the year, review them regularly and ensure business goals are aligned to strategic priorities- Use the SMART principle to draft effective goals
- Aim to set no more than five goals for the year otherwise efforts become too diluted
- Don’t forget to set some personal development goals too!
