Yesterday Nicky Woods joined the P&O Cruises Guest Experience team as their new Guest Services Director.
Nicky is leading the development and implementation of the P&O Service Programme and our ‘Recovering Brilliantly’ strategy
Nicky says:
“I’m extremely proud to be joining the Carnival family as P&O Cruises Guest Services Director particularly at such an exciting time. I’ve previously worked in the aviation and telecommunications sectors, firstly in air traffic control for NATS and most recently for Vodafone serving large enterprise customers. First and foremost I’m passionate about people; each of my previous roles have been focussed on optimising customer experience journeys through process improvement and implementing fun and engaging training programmes to ensure changes stick.
“My friends describe me as organised and determined and weren’t surprised that I successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro as planned on the morning of my 40th birthday. In my spare time you’ll find me with my husband and 2 daughters (12 and 10) experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, enjoying a run or ice cream at Lee-on-the-Solent beach or planning our next family travel adventure together. I’m very much looking forward to meeting you all and learning about you too!”
