I’ve got some fantastic news to share… this week, we begin our staggered launch of the new Cunard website in the UK. You can be among the first to visit the site now by clicking here.
To manage the website transition smoothly from the old site to the new, we are starting off by sending 50% of visitors to the new website and increasing this as we check that all is working as planned. During the transition period, it will be possible for customers to see the old and the new website if they are on different devices.
The new website delivers great benefits for our customers, including:
• Mobile optimised site, meaning it will work fantastically on smart phones and tablets as well as desktop
• A quicker site speed
• Interactive deck plans, making it easier to choose your stateroom
• Streamlined booking engine with few steps required to make a booking
• Updated look and content to bring the Cunard brand to life
• Redesigned more user friendly FAQs


The North American website was the first Cunard region to go live on the new platform just before Christmas. The United Kingdom followed alongside Australia/New Zealand and the German roll out will take place in January 2019. We will update you when we reach 100% of visitors going to the new site.
This is the biggest web development project ever undertaken by Cunard and is a key project in the delivery of our strategic plan. I would like to thank everyone involved for any part they have played to deliver the new website.
