Submission of Bank Details for Wages

In line with recent updates to international sanctions, we are no longer permitted to issue cash payments or advances. To ensure uninterrupted processing of your monthly wages, it is essential that you provide your bank account details at the earliest.

If you have not yet submitted this information, please download and fill up the Method of Payment Form below and send it to fleetpayrolldata@carnivalssi.com.

Method of Payment (Other Nationalities Seafarers)

For us to verify your bank details, please provide the following supporting documents:

Proof of Current Residency

  1. Acceptable documents include a recent utility bill, rental agreement, bank statement, or residency card.
  2. The document must clearly display:
    • The seafarers full name (documents under a beneficiary, relative, or friend’s name will not be accepted).
    • The current residential address.
  3. The document must be issued within the last three months.


Bank Address Proof (from a non-sanctioned country)

  1. bank statement showing:
    • The full name and address of the bank.
    • The crew member’s name or their beneficiary’s name.
  2. The statement must be issued within the last three months.

Important: All documents must be provided in English
Please note that without valid bank details, we will be unable to process your salary payments.


Crew from Sanctioned Countries

In line with updated international sanctions, we are no longer permitted to issue cash payments including onboard cash, foreign exchange transactions, ATM withdrawals, or casino payments to individuals from Russia, Belarus, or the occupied regions of Ukraine (Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, Zaporizhia, and Crimea).

If you are a resident in any of these regions, it is essential that you provide bank account details from a non-sanctioned bank located in a non-sanctioned country to continue receiving your monthly wages.

To submit your bank details, please download and complete the Method of Payment Form. Once filled out, email it to fleetpayrolldata@carnivalssi.com at your earliest convenience. Please follow the steps outlined in the Submission of Bank Details for Wages section above.
