The EEG provides everyone with a trusted open-door feedback link to help us improve our employee experience. This team will use your feedback to propose solutions and initiatives with a direct link into the ELT for approval. By listening to your concerns and suggestions, they will be voicing your true feelings about the CCS employee experience, acting with integrity and confidentiality to guarantee all feedback is valued and communicated.
The team is made up of volunteers from across departments and locations who have actively stepped forward to speak up for you, known as EEG members. If you have something to share or an idea, please get in touch with one of the EEG members who will be happy to express your views. We welcome all feedback, suggestions, proposals and thoughts, and feedback can be shared anonymously to the wider group if preferred.
