TUESDAY: Take an Inclusivi-tea break!
Today’s challenge is to take a (virtual/socially-distanced) Inclusivi-tea break with a colleague you don’t always spend time with. It’s your opportunity to find out more about them and help make them feel valued and that they belong – something Carnival UK is committed to doing for all colleagues.
Here’s a few ideas of topics to talk about:
- Talk about what you’ve learnt from our shared resources
- Are there moments of inclusion that make you smile in the workplace?
- What are your favourite films/TV shows? Any recommended Netflix binge-worthy box sets!
- Have you started a new hobby during lockdown?
- Share tips on how you’ve kept connected to your team and Carnival UK while working from home
