Dr. Neil has emerged as a true champion for men’s health onboard Iona, launching the “Strong @ Sea” initiative.

This comprehensive seminar has tackled and highlighted a range of health issues, from fitness and strength training to testosterone deficiency, sexual health, and the often-overlooked topic of suicide prevention. Both talks struck a chord with male crew members, with a remarkable 84 colleagues attending the informative seminars.

Dr. Neil’s engaging approach and practical advice has empowered men to take charge of their health and well-being when being at sea. By addressing a wide range of health concerns, the “Strong @ Sea” initiative has created a supportive environment where men feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics and seeking help. This has been particularly impactful in addressing the silent killer: suicide.

The program’s success is evident in the increased awareness and positive attitudes among participants. Many have expressed their commitment to adopting healthier habits and reaching out for support when needed.

  1. Hii Dr , I have one concerns that , why there is a lots of hair fall come , while I am on board . Is there any u can suggest . Like our eating habit , sleeping, working out or less in take of water while working.
