We’re responsible for…
- Managing and developing Officer and Crew rotations for designated staff onboard vessels, to ensure the fleet is adequately staffed with qualified and trained crew, according to the complements agreed upon
- Developing contingency plans to support planned and unplanned events that can impact on crew requirements for the fleet
- Engaging with both onboard and shore management, including Global Talent Partners and the Resourcing team, and provide forecasts for new hires
