P&O Cruises Resourcing

We’re responsible, alongside our Global Talent Partners (GTPs) worldwide, for the delivery of the resourcing requirements of all Carnival UK operational areas through both internal promotions and international external sourcing. This means we’re ensuring our candidates’ experience through attraction, selection and on boarding is consistently delivered to a high standard. We’re also responsible for the governance of the compliance and onboarding activity for all Carnival UK crew supporting the work carried out by the GTPs and Carnival Support Services India (CSSI). We provide a professional resourcing and onboarding service to operational areas through building sustainable, strong business relationships with key stakeholders. Our ambition is to ensure that our candidate experience mirrors guest experience.
