ORCA stands for Operational, Risk, Coordination and Activity. In the event of any operational disruptions, ORCA will coordinate a response by bringing together the right people, processes and systems to manage any event to minimise impact.

The Team
The ORCA Operations team is led by James Chalk – with our ORCA Consultants: Ana, Clayton, Lizzi, Isaac, Pete and Shaun. The team is responsible for the coordination and management of incidents and potential risks of our operational plan.
The Operations Support Administration team is led by Nathanial Phelps with our Assistants: Henry, Priscilla and Rebecca-Louise. The team is responsible for administrative support, which enables the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our fleet: Processing Day Visits for CUK; Processing Technical OCS requests; and Maritime Travel Booking.
