- Fully and efficiently rotating and planning the Deck, Technical & Medical officers and crew to ensure safe and competent manning of all ships across the P&O Cruises and Cunard fleet
- Working with GTP, Training and Recruitment departments to ensure the highest level of compliant officers and crew are planned and available

Laura is currently learning to tap dance and has worked for CUK for 15 years
Victoria | Crew Planning, Consultant
Victoria has worked at CUK for 10 years, and before this also worked onboard in the Spa
Emma | Crew Planning, Consultant
Emma has been with CUK for nearly 15 years, with previous experience with our sister brands Princess and Seabourn. She has also cruised with the Backstreet Boys.

Kerry has done an Open University course in Child Psychology, Nutrition & Legal Assistance

Kyra has done a nail technician course and has a passion for photography
