We’re responsible for the delivery of the resourcing requirement across all Cunard operational areas through both internal promotions and international external sourcing, working to ensure the candidate experience through attraction, selection and onboarding is consistently delivered to a high standard. We are responsible for the governance of the compliance and onboarding activity for all Cunard crew supporting the work carried out by the GTP’s and CSSI. We provide professional resourcing and onboarding service to operational areas through building sustainable, strong business relationships with key stakeholders. Our ambition is to ensure that our candidate experience mirrors guest experience.
