Box enables you to upload, store and share files with colleagues and trusted partners without being connected to the Carnival UK network.
- Box is intended to be temporary storage only and shouldn’t replace the file storage available via VPN as a long term measure.
- You should use Box to share files rather than emailing them.
How can I get access to use Box?
- Box is open to everyone to request access to – all you need to do is submit a service request, including a business rationale, the names of any third parties you wish to share information with and the classification of information you would like to share. Whether that’s highly sensitive, confidential, internal or public. You might remember these topics were covered at our Information Security Awareness event last year – here’s a reminder.
- Before using Box we all need to understand our responsibility towards sharing Carnival UK data. Please read the User Acceptance Terms.
