September was a record-breaking month for P&O Cruises, with the fleet achieving its highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) on record! The combined fleet score of 53 was six points above target and nine points ahead of September 2025, with every ship meeting or exceeding its individual target.
There were some fantastic individual ship results too. Arvia achieved her highest ever monthly NPS of 59, while Arcadia recorded a score of more than 60 for the second consecutive month. These results reflect the brilliant experience our teams are creating for guests every day, and the care, professionalism and teamwork that go into making each holiday memorable.

“This is a tremendous result and something everyone across P&O Cruises can feel proud of. What’s most encouraging is not just achieving a record score, but the consistency we’re building together, with every ship meeting or exceeding its target.
Results like this don’t happen by accident. They reflect the service, professionalism and teamwork our guests experience every day, with every department, every team and every interaction playing a part in creating experiences our guests remember and recommend. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this result.”
