If you’re currently off assignment and would like to apply for a Career Passport we currently have the following opportunities available.

As part of our ongoing investment in career development, we’re excited to be launching a new Career Passport opportunity within the Restaurant department for colleagues aspiring to progress into the roles of Dining Steward, Assistant Waiter and Waiter.
To be considered for a Career Passport, you must meet the below criteria:
- You need to work in the Restaurant department to apply.
- You must have no live or active disciplinary warnings, or performance improvement plan in place.
- You must have already completed one assignment, with your last performance rating a 2 (successful) or higher.
We are trialing a new process where you are able to apply, regardless of how long you have left of your current assignment, as well as if you are currently off assignment. If you have less than 6 weeks left of your current assignment or are off assignment, your application will be screened by the ship you are due to embark for your next assignment. They will then send you an email to the email address you provide, with an outcome following this screening process. If you are shortlisted for an interview, this will be held on board when you re-join.
When completing the form, please remember to use your confirmed position. Please also only apply once – make sure you have read the guidance provided to ensure you are happy with your answers before submitting. Your answers will be scored.
Please only apply for the role directly above your confirmed position. For clarity, this will be; Hotel Assistants for Dining Steward, Dining Steward for Assistant Waiter and Assistant Waiter for Waiter.
If you are already in the succession pool for any of the roles listed, you do not need to apply for a Career Passport.
