This year marks a special milestone as we celebrate 10 years of Southampton Pride. For a decade, Cunard and P&O Cruises have proudly supported Southampton Pride as headline sponsors, helping to grow one of the city’s most vibrant celebrations of diversity, inclusion and community.
Both brands have a long history of welcoming LGBTQ+ guests and colleagues, creating environments where everyone feels respected, valued and free to be themselves. Supporting Southampton Pride reflects these values and our ongoing commitment to making our workplaces, ships and holidays inclusive for all.
Taking place on 29 and 30 August, Southampton Pride will once again bring thousands of people together for a weekend of celebration, entertainment and community spirit. Visitors can enjoy a packed programme of entertainment, including performances from P&O Cruises Limelight Club stars Matt Terry and Sam Bailey, alongside The Olivia Dean Experience, celebrating the music of one of the UK’s most exciting rising stars. The weekend will also feature performances from our very own Headliners Theatre Company and Royal Court Theatre Company, as well as drag performers Aura Jay and Clare Deloon, tribute acts, DJs, dance groups and much more.
As part of the celebrations, colleagues both ship and shore will proudly take part in the Pride March, joining thousands of others in a visible show of support for the LGBTQ+ community. Behind the scenes, our teams have also been helping to support the delivery of the event, contributing their expertise and time to make this milestone weekend a success.
