This month, Iona returned from an incredible 35‑night Caribbean adventure. Throughout the cruise, teams across the ship pulled together to host a fantastic mix of activities for guests and crew, making the most of every destination.
Exploring the Caribbean together
Crew made the most of the opportunity to experience the Caribbean up close, taking part in a series of unforgettable tours, including:
- A thrilling submarine tour in Barbados
- River tubing through Grenada’s lush scenery
- A scenic boat trip around St Lucia’s iconic Pitons
- High‑adrenaline ziplining in St Maarten
Team Iona also enjoyed some special meet‑ups along the way, catching up with Arvia in St Maarten and joining Queen Victoria for activities in Antigua.
Iona’s Got Talent shines again
A highlight of the month was the return of Iona’s Got Talent, where 10 talented crew members stepped into the spotlight with performances ranging from singing and dancing to musicianship. The show was such a hit onboard that it was shared with guests – and completely sold out.

- 2nd place: Gregory (Bars) with a brilliant rock‑and‑roll act
- 3rd place: Geerho, Ivan & Santiago Nesrine (Bars) for their energetic dance routine
A dramatic end to the month
To round off February, 2nd ETO (Safety Engineer) Ross Fuge organised a ship‑wide game of Ultimate Traitors. Over four evenings in the Summit, 26 crew members took part in challenges filled with alliances, twists, deception – and plenty of theatrical “murders”! It was a brilliant way to bring colleagues from all departments together for some friendly, immersive fun.
