Annual discounted cruise
Create your own unforgettable happiness with an annual discounted cruise on any date for any duration on a P&O Cruises or Cunard ship. Please note that there are restrictions on cabin selection and maiden cruises are excluded from this benefit.
Late availability cruises
In addition to your annual discounted cruise, you can take as many late availability cruises as your annual leave allowance allows, and all can be enjoyed at the employee discounted travel rate. Late availability cruises can be booked from 12 noon, 28 days before departure, subject to availability. Please note that on cruises where guest demand is high, there may be a limit placed on the number of late availability cabins available for colleagues to book at the employee discounted travel rate. If a limit is in place, this will be advised to you at the point of booking.

How to book your annual discounted or late availability cruise

In order to book, you must:
- Have completed three months’ continuous service but travel must be after six months of continual service
- Have passed your probationary period
- Have no live disciplinary sanctions against you
- Have not been dismissed from employment
- Have confirmation you can take any annual leave required if successful
- Still be employed at the date of the cruise departure
To help get you on your way, remember to complete the below approval form within 72 hours of making your booking. Once your line manager/ fleet HR has approved your form, your confirmation of booking will be processed.
- Shoreside employee form
If you’re a Shoreside employee, please click and complete the Shoreside employee form. You will need to complete the file, save it down and send to your line manager for approval. If your line manager approves the request, they will then save down and send to Employeediscountedtravel@carnivalukgroup.com.
- If you’re a Fleet based employee (Only Officers , Cadets and Graduates are eligible for this benefit). Please click and complete the ‘Fleet employee form’ (This links back to the Bridge, so please open in Microsoft Edge).

Friends and Family travel on P&O Cruises and Cunard
Ad-hoc discounts by P&O Cruises and Cunard are regularly provided via email which you can share with your friends and family. The e-mail will detail the eligible cruises, cabins available, prices and the code to use.
Special Fare Quotes
If you wish to book on a maiden cruise, in a suite, are employed by a third party working on P&O Cruises or Cunard ships or wish for additional family or friends to join you on an Employee Discounted Travel or Late Availability Cruise, we invite you to use code ‘ECD’ to receive 7.5% off the booking.
Princess Cruises discounted travel
Colleagues can take a cruise under the Carnival UK Employee Discounted Travel Policy as well as the Princess Cruises Employee Space Available programme as long as they are eligible.
The Employee Space Available (ESA) programme from Princess Cruises is available to shoreside colleagues with more than 12 months continuous service and after four years, you can take up to two cruises a year. Please note that the rules and benefits differ if you are a Princess Cruises colleague working at Carnival UK so please make sure you click on the correct tab below.
Requests are made through a concession form and a commercial algorithm determines whether the application is approved based upon sales and run rate.
Employees interested in applying for a Princess concession should submit a completed and approved ESA request form via email to the Princess Concessions inbox at: puk.concessions@princesscruises.co.uk.
