Who should I Speak Up to?
The first point of call should be your Line Manager or Head of Department. They are there to listen and learn, and appreciate you having the courage to Speak Up.
If you don’t feel comfortable speaking to them, you can also Speak Up to:
- Your Human Resources Manager on board or the People Team shoreside
- The Ethics & Compliance Team via email at ethics@carnivalukgroup.com
You can also Speak Up via The Hotline, where you can make a report without giving your name. Phone 0808 234 2727 (30003 onboard) or visit carnivalcompliance.com and give as much information as possible to allow us to carry out a detailed investigation.
Whilst we’re always happy for you to use The Hotline, you’ll often get a quicker resolution if you speak to someone face to face, as this allows us to ask questions to get all the information we need to investigate.
