Recently, a group of talented ladies from the galley fondly nicknamed the “Spice Girls” – came together with Chef Anthony to create something truly special for crew onboard Britannia.

Their mission? To enhance the crew mess experience by preparing one dish for every nationality onboard.

The result was a vibrant celebration of flavours and cultures, and the feedback from the whole ship company was overwhelmingly positive. This initiative has sparked an exciting idea, making it a monthly tradition, to give crew a taste of home whilst at sea.
