Britannia’s Food and Beverage department recently came together to honour a remarkable milestone—the birthday of their beloved Executive Chef, Trevor Glass. But this was more than a birthday celebration; it was a heartfelt tribute to a man who has dedicated nearly four decades to culinary excellence and to building an inclusive, respectful, and spirited galley team.
