Reflexology with Gail

Gail is passionate about helping people to relax, de-stress and cope with various medical conditions including: pain, depression, insomnia, anxiety and fertility via hand and foot Reflexology.

Various sessions throughout the month. 30 mins, £15 per treatment on hands or feet.

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; by reducing stress in people’s lives can be key in optimising good health and building resilience.  Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet or hands. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.

Treatments are available in 30 minutes slots, please allow yourself 45 mins for your session. All sessions will be delivered in the Amsterdam Room, near reception.  Payments by PayPal, Bank Transfer and Cash are all accepted.
