As Arvia’s arrival edges ever closer, today P&O Cruises has revealed more about the dazzling entertainment and attractions our guests can experience on board. From groundbreaking new experiences to the best of the entertainment our guests know and love, there’s something for everyone.

Thrill-seekers won’t want to miss Mission Control, a unique immersive experience set on board fictional submarine Arvia II. Not to mention Altitude Skywalk, the fleet’s first high-ropes experience 54m above the ocean. In SkyDome, guests can expect everything from dazzling production shows to a special Wallace & Gromit show for all the family.

Even more spectacular productions are to be discovered at Headliners Theatre, including Greatest Days, an adaptation of the acclaimed West End musical The Band that features the songs of Take That and a story by writer Tim Firth, plus new interactive gameshow WaveLength, virtually starring TV presenter and game show host Ben Shephard.

As Music Director of The 710 Club, Gary Barlow brings his vision and personality to the atmospheric live music venue. As the stage lights up, guests can sit back and enjoy the sounds of resident band The 710s and emerging musical talent. Gary himself will perform in Headliners Theatre on selected cruises. In The Limelight Club, A-list entertainment is guaranteed, served with showbiz glamour, stylish cocktails and a sumptuous dinner.

Elsewhere, live music will ease guests through the day and keep those feet tapping at night. Pianists in the Grand Atrium, buskers at Brodies, cocktail pianists at Crow’s Nest and power ballads and pop anthems at The Club House themed nights are but a few entertainment highlights. SkyDome will also host live entertainment plus unforgettable parties and DJ sets under the stars.

For getting active there’s deck games, table tennis, archery, golf nets and classes galore (from soothing al fresco yoga to high-energy spin workouts in the gym). And there’s a host of ways to try something different and make new friends. Guests can improve their photography, painting or bridge at a class; join together to form a quiz team; hear an expert guest speaker at Headliners Theatre or sing their socks off at karaoke.

With activities for all ages at our children’s clubs and an inspiring Academy programme for teens, there’s lots to keep the young ones busy and plenty of family fun to be had. Whether catching a hit movie at Ocean Studios, hitting the dance floor at a family disco or diving into immersive experiences from legendary animation studio Aardman, families will come away with big smiles and happy holiday memories.
