Our focus on how we do things is so incredibly important and by living our Culture Essentials everyday, we’ll reach our goals and aspirations. Part of this, which is a journey we continue across Carnival UK and the wider corporation, is all of us feeling empowered to Speak Up.
We should all feel safe and able to Speak Up; not only about the serious issues that we have a duty to report, such as environmental violations or safety concerns, but also about the things that help to improve our everyday ways of working.
Whether that’s sharing ideas or giving feedback to colleagues, when we have open and honest conversations with each other we help to improve the way we work together as a team.
