When we reopen the doors to Carnival House next week we’ll also reopen the Atrium Café with the help of our new catering provider, Eurest.
Following a successful tender process, we’re really excited to be working with Eurest. Their vision and purpose align to many of our values; caring deeply about the difference they make, and being committed to sustainable sourcing, provenance and waste reduction. They also commit to making food that tastes delicious and is nutritional and planet positive – Lee Kirby, Facilities Manager
Over the last week or so, the catering team have been busy setting up at Carnival House so we took the opportunity to catch up with them to find out who they are and what they’re most looking forward to.
Meet Liam O’Shea, Group Manager…
… Malina Prokopiuk, Catering Manager
… Ady Green, Head Chef
… Ines De Santos, Barista
