The world may be in crisis but this May, Action for Happiness, an international movement, committed to creating more happiness in the world, are helping us respond with a sense of purpose and meaning. 

They’ve created a Meaningful May Calendar with daily actions for May 2020 to help us look after ourselves and each other as we face this global crisis together. The calendar features 31 simple ways to keep calm, stay wise and be kind.
