As heroes of safe and well, we’re guardians of everyone’s health and wellbeing, including our own. This is especially important in the current climate where many of us are going above and beyond to reassure and ensure the safety and health of our Guests as we navigate the Corona virus, as well as preparing for the arrival of Iona. Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication.

As always, it’s important that we take care of our own wellbeing and look out for our colleagues, remembering our core value ‘better together’.

To support you during this challenging time, we’ve invited health and wellbeing coach, Susie Bennett from Think Wellbeing to give a one hour talk on ‘Finding calm in a stressful world.’

Today’s technology means that we live in an ‘always on’ environment where we are overloaded with information and requests for our attention, leaving us overwhelmed and exhausted. Susie will explore the impact that this is having on our lives and offer practical tips on how to disconnect and achieve calm, as we negotiate the demands of modern life.

Susie has over 25 years’ experience in the wellbeing industry, working privately and within the NHS and local authority.

She encourages a balanced, practical approach to health and wellbeing, encouraging people to make achievable lifestyle changes, restoring equilibrium in their lives.

Finding calm in a stressful world with Susie Bennett takes place on Monday 16 March 2020 in Vigo on the ground floor at Carnival House.

There are two one hour talks at 12pm and 1pm.

Places are limited to 35 per session so book your place below!
