Thank you for joining us on Tuesday 20 August to mark the new chapter in P&O Cruises history. We hope you had as much fun as we did – the Gelato certainly seemed to be a favourite!

A reminder of what the day was about and a little more detail on the Lighthouse Keeper programme Paul mentioned:

  • P&O Cruises is on a journey to move from Britain’s favourite cruise line, to Britain’s number 1 holiday choice
  • To achieve this ambition we need to show millions more British holidaymakers what they’re missing, they’re in need of some persuasion as right now they don’t think a cruise holiday quite is right for them or says the right thing about them
  • Our new brand vision and supporting architecture (known affectionately as our ‘lighthouse’) has been created to unite us in how we design and deliver our holidays, it helps to create competitive differentiation and focuses our minds to prioritise everything we do through the vision lens of delivering “Extraordinary travel experiences, designed in a distinctively British way”.

Watch our brand video here:

Everyone will soon receive their very own copy of our lighthouse (which is recyclable but we hope you keep it forever!) – keep your eyes peeled for activities and training over the next few months to help you better understand our brand and what it means for you.

We’re launching our new Lighthouse Keeper Programme!
We would like to extend an invitation to each and every one of you to consider becoming a Lighthouse Keeper. Find out more here.

If you have any questions on the new brand vision – please contact Amy Harman, Director, Brand – P&O Cruises
