Queen Elizabeth – Nathan Larkin, Singer

Nathan, who assisted with debarks for the first time in May, was only due to be the speaker in RCT. Not only did he handle this role very well – given all the unexpected challenges and delays which led to a large amount of guest complaints in RCT all directed at Nathan, he then stayed until the end of debarks to ensure all the guests needing wheelchair assistance got off safely. By making note of all of the guests’ names and cabin numbers he was able to communicate on the radios exactly what was needed. He also assisted the HK staff in getting the guests’ bags off. His extra time, effort, and assistance went a long way in helping all of us out! He surprised other crew, by how helpful and professional he was when many would have just walked away at the end of their shift, during challenging disembarkation in Vancouver.
