Having listened to your feedback about improving our process for new starters in Carnival House we’re pleased to announce that today is our first new fixed starter date.
This means that instead of new people joining at various points throughout the month and having to wait for an induction, they’ll all come in together and spend their first day getting to know about Carnival UK. It also means we can arrange all of their IT equipment ready at the same time, streamlining the process for our IT colleagues – a win-win for everybody!
