The Maritime Department has six areas ashore:

• Asset Management
• Continuous Improvement
• Fleet Technical Operations
• Governance
• Maritime Fleet Workforce
• Ports and Shore Operations

The Sustainability function also sits within the Maritime department and works across the breadth of the business.

The primary responsibilities for our department are:

• Keeping our fleet safe and compliant at all times
• Managing all technical and governance aspects on board
• Leading our HESS (Health, Safety, Environment and Security) culture and programme
• Supporting the fleet on a smooth operation of every port call and turnaround
• Identifying and managing risks to our business
• Creating great teams and leaders
