The team supports the Training needs of all our stakeholders and delivers it to our Indian seafarers as per company procedure in an engaging, relatable and easy-to-understand way, either online or in person.
The team also maintains accurate Indian seafarers’ training records (including STCW compliance training) in the HR systems, updating them in a timely manner to assist our stakeholders in onboarding.
