Crew Compliance
We are responsible for….
- Monitoring Onboarding and Crew Compliance Risks across the Fleet.
- Supporting our GTPs to mitigate Compliance risks, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to aid efficient onboarding process.
- Act as a key stakeholder to our GTP’s around the world in reviewing and identifying Compliance risks for Crew to provide feedback and insight to the relevant Fleet People Operations Teams, The Fleet and escalate where necessary.
- Understand immigration laws, travel restrictions, and any proposed changes that could impact or prevent our fleet or Crew from embarking or disembarking, and work with our stakeholders to find a compliant solution.
