How to view your pay slip
You’ll view your pay slips using an app called Cintra IQ. Before you join your ship, you’ll need to download the Microsoft Authenticator app. This will help you to securely access Cintra once you’re on board.

When will I receive my first pay?
Following a recent review of our processes, we are making changes to the salary payment value available to crew members who join the ship post-payroll cutoff date and the end of the month (ie from the 17th to the 30th June). As of June 2024 payroll, crew can receive 100% due of their net salary (after any deductions) as an optional cash advance for their joining months.
This change will remove the necessity for crew members to wait until the next month to receive their salary for the month they joined if after the payroll cut-off. Crew members who avail an advance will see the deduction in the next month pay slip.
The payroll team will share the optional cash advance payment amounts available for those who join after the cut-off date. This will be included with the end of month output reports for onboard cash payment, ensuring all crew members who joined in the current month have the optional available to them. Crew member can opt to use the onboard Crew remittance facility to transfer their earnings to their bank accounts, subject to the standard crew remittance charges.
We suggest bringing a bank card or cash with you should you wish to purchase any items onboard, including internet etc… Remember to let your bank know, so you can use your card without restrictions.
