How to view your pay slip
You can view your payslips through our secure online portal, Cintra IQ.
Once your employment profile is created in the payroll system, your login credentials will be sent to your registered email address. You can use these credentials to log in to the Cintra portal and access your payslip information at any time.
The payroll team is working to enhance the security of Cintra online payslip account therefore before you join your ship, you’ll need to download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smart phone. This will help you to securely access Cintra once you’re on board.

When will I receive my first pay?
We have recently introduced about making salary payment value for Crew members who join the vessel after the monthly payroll cut-off date (i.e., from 17th to 30th June) will now receive 100% of their net salary (after applicable deductions) for their joining month, directly into their bank account.
This change will remove the necessity for crew members to wait until the next month to receive their salary for the month they joined if after the payroll cut-off. The salary value paid for post cut off joining month days will see the deduction in the next month pay slip.
The payroll team will process the bank payment for post cut-off date joiners in the first week of the following month and by 8th of the month the funds should be credited in the bank account, ensuring all crew members who joined in the current month their salary is paid to them.
We suggest bringing a bank card or cash with you should you wish to purchase any items onboard, including internet etc. Remember to let your bank know, so you can use your card without restrictions.
