REACH is an employee led network centred on Race Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage which is open to all.
We welcome anyone who supports our aims and is interested in gaining a greater understanding of issues related to ethnicity and cultural heritage.
OUR AIM:
To support Carnival UK to become Travel’s employer of choice by championing an inclusive environment where diverse ethnic & cultural backgrounds are celebrated. Our goal is to see diverse ethnic & cultural representation at all levels of CUK.
We aim to achieve this in 3 ways:
