Lights. Camera. Action! The World of Cunard Competition is back with a new theme: Mastery.
Find out more about this year’s competition and how to enter, below. This year we’ll be selecting a winner and a runner up from each Cunard ship. There’s $1,000 up for grabs for the overall winner, plus $1,000 to go towards your crew welfare fund!

At Cunard, we aspire to nothing short of mastery, making service an art form. It is the hallmark of our White Star Service – for generations, the ultimate in luxury ocean travel and the envy of our competition. To continue this legacy of excellence, we must elevate service to an art form in everything we do.
Every one of us can bring our unique skills and character to create an unforgettable experience for our Guests.
Let’s master the art of White Star Service.
What does mastery look like in practice?
This year we’re looking for 30-60 second video entries that bring to life what mastery looks like in practice through White Star Service. You can choose from the following two entry types:
Option 1 – Recognising Mastery
Tell us about someone you work with, who you consider to be a master of their craft, and why?
- Focus on what this person does well, not their job title
- Share examples of consistency, attention to detail, reliability, or skill
Option 2 – Demonstrating Mastery
What does mastery mean in your role with Cunard?
- Show a task, process, or routine you perform well
- Explain what good looks like and why it matters
- Keep it factual and role-focused
Upload your entries by 20 April 2026!
