Ventura recently crews hidden talents with a ship’s company talent, sharing skills and passions often unseen behind the scenes.
Planned by Ventura’s Entertainment Manager, HR Manager and Crew Welfare Officer, the event gave many colleagues the chance to perform in front of guests and fellow crew – a lifelong dream for some. It was a moment for people to step outside their comfort zone, challenge themselves, and showcase talents that don’t always shine through in busy shipboard life.
The show was a wonderful celebration of our people, recognising individuals for who they are – not just the job they do. It also served as a reminder of the incredible breadth of talent we have on board our ships, giving both guests and colleagues a unique and memorable experience.
Well done to everyone who took part and a big thank you to all line managers who helped make the event possible by adjusting schedules and supporting colleagues.
