The Women Seafarer Groups on Iona and Azura recently brought female crew together for onboard events that encouraged connection, storytelling, and recognition of the valuable contributions of female crew.
Azura hosted a morning of games, team challenges, chats and nibbles in the Ivory Suite. With 48 crew members attending, the atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy.
Iona’s event began with an uplifting message designed to encourage and empower female seafarers, followed by engaging activities to foster connection and creativity. Each attendee received a thoughtful gift – a motivational notepad with a pen and a pocket hug – a lasting reminder of support and positivity. And to finish off the evening, a raffle was hosted with prizes to be won!
