To mark International Men’s Day, many of our ships hosted events to help break down the stigma and stereotypes that surround men’s mental and physical health, societal expectations and lack of positive role models.
On Arcadia, Welfare Officer, Clyde, hosted a special Men’s Forum focused on Men’s Health and Grooming. Crew members enjoyed a short presentation and discussion on self-care and well-being, followed by the distribution of grooming kits, face masks and serums. The event wrapped up with a cake cutting and reflection on the importance of looking after ourselves every day.
On Azura, the team hosted a raffle with all male crew automatically entered into the prize draw. Prizes included wifi packages and other popular items such as speakers and headphones. Winners were selected from each department!
