In November Iona’s Epicurean launched its highly anticipated new menu, marking the first complete refresh since 2016.
Guests were treated to an exciting culinary experience, with early favourites quickly emerging: Prawns as the standout starter, Wagyu beef as the most popular main course, and Tiramisu delighting diners for dessert.
The successful launch was the result of months of preparation and teamwork. Galley members demonstrated exceptional dedication by practicing new dishes while continuing to serve the old menu. This commitment ensured that every plate met the highest standards.
A major achievement was the efficient inventory management and coordination of new product timelines, which allowed for a seamless menu rollout. The October refit provided the perfect opportunity for the team to master recipes and refine presentation, setting the stage for a flawless launch.
