Each year, across the P&O Cruises fleet, we award the ship who achieves the highest NPS with title of Holiday Happiness winner. For 2024 our winner was … IONA!
Last year Iona achieved a fantastic NPS score of 44 for the year, a personal best of 62 for cruise G425 and an incredible 52 for the full Fjord season.
Guests felt cruising onboard Iona was easy and effortless from boarding to excursions. They also highly praised crew for being friendly and making them feel valued.
Well done to Iona and her fantastic crew – thank you for continuing to SHINE in all you do!

I appreciate it Management team and all officer & Crew Specially Deck & Engine Department…. Because hese people work hard day and night to get the ship to its destination.
