P&O Cruises has launched a new Help & Support Hub designed to enhance guest’s pre-holiday experience by providing support for all guests’ queries.

By offering a stronger digital experience P&O Cruises aims to reduce calls to its Customer Call Centre, improve overall guest satisfaction by empowering guests to find answers to their own questions in just a few clicks, and ultimately make cruising easy and accessible for all.

Now the hub is live the team are working on new content to support P&O Cruises loyalty scheme, travel requirements, luggage, embarkation, disembarkation and medical requirements. 

A huge amount of work goes on behind the scenes to launch any new platform, and this has been a massive team effort for the Digital Self-Service Team, CCO and Digital Marketing SEO team. Well done!
