10:00 – 11:00 – The CUK Business Update & Culture Essential Awards ceremony
From 13:00 – Take some time out in ‘Tranquil Tides’.
Our new wellbeing corner, Tranquil Tides officially opens on Thursday afternoon! It’s a calm, quiet corner of Carnival House for you to reflect, take a moment, and disconnect from your day. You’ll find it on Floor 2, at the front of the building (looking out at The Quays Leisure Centre).
15:00 – 16:45 – Introducing: Queen Anne’s Bright Lights Society
Join us in The Atrium for a special musical performance and a drinks reception at Cunard’s Bright Lights Society experience! You won’t want to miss it.
All day – Get to know your numbers!
The ‘know your numbers’ health kiosk is back in The Atrium this week, and the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team encourage anyone in Carnival House to pop by for a confidential health check. Learn more about your numbers related to blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, and body mass index (BMI).
Please be aware Southampton Boat show is also on this week, so traffic and parking may be busier than usual when coming into the office – we’d recommend where possible carpooling or looking at alternative parking or travel arrangements.
