| Holiday |
Your 2020 holiday accrual will remain whole and not be pro-rated down due to a reduction in hours. Your ‘working pattern’ on myHR portal will be adjusted to reflect your new working hours. |
The value of any outstanding holiday owing to you will be paid out in your final payment. If you have taken more holiday than you have accrued then the value of these days will be deducted from your final payment. |

No change to your participation in the scheme however a review of all salary sacrifice schemes will need to take place to ensure that your payment does not fall below minimum wage |
Eligibility for the scheme will end on your last day of employment. You will be required to pay any future outstanding gross salary sacrifice amounts as a lump sum from your final net salary payment. |

No change to your participation in the scheme however a review of all salary sacrifice schemes will need to take place to ensure that your salary does not fall below minimum wage |
Eligibility for the scheme will end on your last day of employment. If you wish to close your Edenred account indefinitely and have a balance of over £100 then you can apply to get a refund on your unused vouchers, subject to a £12 admin fee being charged. Any refund will go through payroll and appropriate tax and NI will be payable by the employee. |

| Employee Discounted Travel |
No change – you will continue to be able to book a cruise through this scheme. |
Eligibility for new bookings will end on your last day of employment. If you have already booked a future cruise then this will be honoured. If you wish to cancel your cruise then you will receive a refund within 14 days. |
| Holiday Trading |
If you have elected to purchase holiday, your deductions will continue through this period at the same monetary rate as previously. |
If you have elected to purchase holiday, then the repayments will be increased/decreased according to how much holiday has been taken and any balance will be adjusted against your final salary |

Season ticket loans balance must be paid in full by the your last day of employment – this will rectified in your final payment. If you don’t wish to retain your season ticket then we will apply for a refund on your behalf and issue a separate payment to you once received. |
