Action for Happiness is an international movement, committed to creating more happiness in the world,
providing ideas and resources to encourage people to take action at home, at work or in their community. They’ve created an Active Coping Calendar with daily actions for April 2020 to help us look after ourselves and each other as we face this global crisis together. The calendar features 30 simple ways to keep calm, stay wise and be kind and is perfect for you to print off and follow at home.
The calendar is available in 18 different languages thanks to the generosity of volunteer translators around the world so why not share the happiness with your family and friends?
