For those of you who attended the recent town hall meetings, you will know the result of this round of our Corporate Shipbuilding star awards.
In case you weren’t able to join one of the meetings, we’re delighted to announce that the winners of this of round are……YOU!
That’s right, every single one of you! It was actually impossible to pick just two winners, so we’ve decided that with this round we would like to thank everyone for the way in which you have embraced this new normal.
Whether that’s working from home, working in the sites that remain open but under strict working conditions and not forgetting those people who are also trying to ‘home school’ / care for their families – the response and the can do attitude to get on with things has been second to none, so thank you!
We received 38 nominations and out of those, eight of them were for entire site teams which is a first and speaks to how people are feeling given the current situation.
