You may remember back in September there was a post about the Contact Centre’s Snug area. Well, it has had a complete makeover and is looking better than ever!
The feedback showed that our people wanted a divider to make the space more secluded, comfy sofas and décor. While we were working behind the scenes sourcing the desired furniture, we built up excitement on the floor. Then, on Saturday 9 October, the CCO Snug was completed!
With help from facilities, the area now has a new carpet, soundproof divider, so very comfy sofas and an eating area!
