What is your role?
I’m a Revenue Manger within On Board Revenue, looking after on board Photography operations on both brands.
What are your responsibilities?
Managing the relationships with our Photography concessionaires, ensuring they perform financially, while also delivering a fantastic on board experience for our Guests.
What do you enjoy about your job?
My role operates at all levels, dealing with contract negotiations one minute, and BAU onboard operational challenges the next. So it’s super varied – although some days it makes your head spin, you never know what’s coming next!
What is your dream destination?
Japan looks incredible. Great food, culture and of course photo opportunities!
What is your guilty pleasure?
Nothing to Declare/Border Force Australia; much to my wife’s dismay.
